What country do we work in?
The above image is of a Renault Duster and it's in South Africa. The closest cousin to these in New Zealand is a Renault Koleos. However, impact damage regardless of which country the vehicle is in still requires the same processes to repair it. An accident damaged Toyota Hilux in the Philippines requires the same level of attention to detail to restore it's integrity as one in Fiji, or Papua New Guinea. So the answer to the question is we can deal with accident damaged vehicles anywhere there is a camera and email.
About digital Assessments
Way back in 2002 we were among the earliest adopters of virtual assessing using emailed images, and our published prediction of "it won't be long before it will be a rarity that an Insurance Assessor visits a panelshop", received some rather strange responses from the trade. Fast forward a few years involving thousands of digital claims and we are now successfully managing repair and total loss assignments around the globe as Insurance Engineers utilising some very refined systems of our own design.
Accident loss mitigation
ALM is also of our own design. It's where we act to minimise costs for all concerned as the Insurance Engineer then move to a secondary phase of recovering insured and/or uninsured losses on behalf of our principals. Currently we are actively involved with recovery cases in France, China, Australia, Thailand and New Zealand. As we are able to produce firsthand technical evidence to support our mitigation efforts we can go the extra distance to be able to achieve above average results.
"War Stories"
We have had some amazing results for our clients, and the odd complete failure that keeps us grounded. Yes, we have a ton of "war stories"... all have been fully documented in close to 100,000 digital file notes so that we can easily retrieve them for the benefit of an auditor, a blog post... or a book - maybe one day!
